The High Court of Tenerife has confirmed the ruling of the first instance when declaring our cients´contract null and void invoking
the recent Supreme Court ruling as a precedent for timeshare periods longer than 50 years.
Our client will be getting back approximately 40.000€ plus interests and legal fees.
