SILVERPOINT CONTRACT DECLARED NULL AND VOID – 257.552€

As previously reported, although Silverpoint is being liquidated in the mercantile court, there are still civil procedures against the company in the courts of Tenerife. The aim of these civil cases is to release our clients from their timeshare contracts, and/or as shareholders within a Spanish company that was constituted by Silverpoint itself.

After studying our Norwegian clients’ contract the Judge from the Court of the First Instance No 1 of Arona has declared it null and void and demanded that Silverpoint repay our clients 257.552€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS LEGAL FEES.

In passing sentence the Judge demanded repayment of 80.692€ in respect of amounts paid on the contracts PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 176.860€ in respect of deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period taking our clients total awarded amount to 257.552€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS LEGAL FEES

CLA will now proceed to collect these fees through the Mercantile Court.

Canarian Legal Alliance continues to actively represent clients in the mercantile court to safeguard their rights for payments as confirmed creditors.
