Our English clients´ contract has been declared null and void by the High Court n 1 of Santa Cruz who confirmed the first instance sentence from 2017. By confirming the nullity of the contract and ordering the reimbursement of the purchase price, the magistrates studied our petition regarding the illegality of the payments taken during the reflection period and santioned the resort to pay that amount back in double. For this reason our clients will be getting back more than 106.000€ plus the legal interest.
