SILVERPOINT FLOATING WEEK CONTRACT DECLARED NULL AND VOID BY JUDGE.

Canarian Legal Alliance brings you the details of its latest First Instance Court victory against Silverpoint /Resort Properties

Influenced by the recent Supreme Court sentences, the judge of the First Instance Court N1 in Arona Tenerife has declared our clients contract null and void on the basis that the contract included floating weeks.

Floating weeks have been declared illegal by the highest-ranking court in Spain on several occasions, the reason being they do not include enough specificity. The Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 is clear, a contract must include a specified week, date and location.

The judge also saw fit to order Resort Properties/ Silverpoint return our clients over £21,000 plus legal interest.

We want to congratulate our clients as well as the whole legal team involved in this process.

If you own a floating week, CONTACT US NOW for a FREE consultation and see if you are eligible to claim.
