High court number 1 of Santa Cruz de Tenerife ordered Silverpoint to return to one of our clients over 106,000€ after declaring null and void varios contracts they have signed with Resort Properties.
This rulings comes in line with the rulings from the highest ranking court in Spain, from the Supreme court, who have already created jurisprudence in the favour of our clients after claiming that varios contracts of this company are infringing the Spanish timeshare law.
