The judge of the First Instance Court N2 in Maspalomas has ruled our clients Anfi contract null and void on the basis that its duration exceeded that allowed length under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98. The magistrates are clear in their interpretation, a timeshare contact must be valid between 3 and 50 years and must be clearly specified within the contract itself.
Our clients will be getting back over 21,000€ plus legal interest.
