The Supreme court has spoken again, and have declared another contract of Anfi null and void. Our German client will be receiving back the purchase price plus the legal fees after having their purchase contract seen as illegal by the highest ranking court in Spain.
Once again the magistrates reproached that that the contract was sold for an unlimited period of time, while the timeshare law clearly maximizes it in fifty years. This is just one of the many rulings we have received in the past two years, after having Canarian Legal Alliance to set precedent at the Supreme Court.
