We are delighted to announce that we have achieved another victory in the High court in Las Palmas (section4) against Anfi.
Our client won their case in the first instance leading Anfi to appeal the decision to the High Court. Today we received the news that the High Court rejected Anfi´s appeal and upheld the won sentence ruling from the first instance.
The courts have awarded the client a total of 23.000 euros.
We are further delighted to see that the High Court is still applying the recently established Supreme Court ruling by declaring floating weeks null and void.
