Canarian Legal Alliance Supreme Court Victories keep on coming! Once again the highest ranking court in Spain have confirmed their stance on the “perpetuity clause”, declaring timeshare contracts with a duration longer than 50 years illegal.
Not only were our client’s Anfi contracts declared null and void but the Supreme Court has ordered Anfi to pay 26,158 euros plus legal interest.
This is yet another step forward for Canarian Legal Alliance who continue to produce incredible successes in having the court apply timeshare law.
