Yesterday Canarian Legal Alliance once again made legal history in Spain.
The Supreme Court delivered another verdict, this brings in total the number of rulings by the highest court in Spain to an amazing 50!
So why is this legal history?
No other law firm has ever acheived this number of cases, it is very rare indeed. This figure is set to increase further, as CLA have many more cases lodged and waiting to be heard.
This particular case was brought against Silverpoint. Since January when the first victory against Silverpoint was announced by the Supreme Court, there have been a further 9, bringing the total to 10!
Again the clients contract was declared null & void, with the return of £50,500 plus legal fees and legal interest.
