In his sentence the presiding judges from the High Court number 3 of Las Palmas reference the jurisprudence created by both Supreme Court sentences, when confirming the sentence from the first instance, in which our clients contract with Anfi were declared null and void for having floating weeks.
Anfi has to reimburse over 15,000€ plus the interests.
