Last week was a great one for Canarian Legal Alliance.
We achieved three major legal victories that resulted in our client’s total recovery of 155,864€. We are thrilled to share the details of these victories with our clients and supporters.
First and foremost, we achieved a victory against Marriott Vacation Club
Our client had entered into a contract with Marriott which we established was illegal according to the current Timeshare law. We fought hard in court and were able to recover 19,607€ for our client.
This victory not only brought financial relief to our client but also sent a message to Marriott Vacation Club that we will continue to fight against illegal contracts.
In addition to this victory, we also had a first-instance victory against Anfi.
Our client had been facing similar issues with Anfi, and we were able to recover 37,273€ for them. This
victory was a great success for our client and for our team at Canarian Legal Alliance.
But the successes didn’t stop there. We also had three high court victories against Anfi,
recovering a total of 98,984€ for our clients.
These victories were particularly significant as they were achieved in the high court, which is
