High Court number 5 of Las Palmas again has declared another timeshare contract null and void based on a recent Supreme Court ruling.
Invoking this groundbreaking resolution as a precedent, the verdict confirms that timeshare contracts with a duration longer than 50 years selling are illegal and can be declared radically null and void with no time limitation.
In their ruling the judges mandated that Anfi pays back approximately 13.000€ plus interests and legal fees!
