Today the Court of the First Instance SBT No 1 declared our client’s contract with Airtours null and void and ordered them to repay our clients 17,357.34€ PLUS costs PLUS interest. In calculating the awarded amount the judge includes double compensation for the illegal deposits taken within the statutory cooling off period.
