Another day…..Another Anfi victory!!
Today congratulations goes to our German clients whose contracts with Anfi were both declared null and void by the court of the First Instance SBT4.
Once again the Court took just 9 months to process this case concluding that our clients should be repaid 35.392€ PLUS INTEREST and in establishing the awarded amount they were clear that the infringement of taking a deposit within the statutory cooling off period should be REPAID IN DOUBLE AWARDING OUR CLIENTS AN ADDITIONAL 12.255€
