Let’s end ANOTHER successful week for CLA with ANOTHER Marriott victory!!!
Again, our German clients have claimed victory in the First Instance court No 7 Palma de Mallorca where the judge declared their contract with MVCI Management and MVCI Holidays null and void and demanded repayment of 21.200 PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS.
In passing the sentence the Judge demanded 7.950€ in respect of amounts paid on the contract PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 13.250€ in compensation for deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off.
