Following their fantastic victory against MVCI Holidays Limited and MVCI Management SL in Court no 5 Estepona our Dutch clients will be popping the champagne open after receiving confirmation today that the 112.130€ which they won has been deposited into the court and will now be in their bank account within a matter of days!!!
Court No 5 Estepona declared BOTH their contracts null and void and demanded repayment of 112.130€ – 47.000€ MORE THAN THEY ORIGINALLY PAID – WHAT A FANTASTIC RESULT!!!!
In passing the sentence, the Judge demanded repayment of 47.330€ in respect of amounts paid on the contracts PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 64.800€ in respect of deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period taking our clients total awarded amount to a whopping 112.130€.
Once again, because of the legal precedent set in relation to deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period which states any such amounts should be repaid back in DOUBLE, our clients were awarded 47.000€ MORE THAN THEY ORIGINALLY PAID!
