Canarian Legal Alliance is delighted to end the week with yet another court victory, this time against Airtours.
Influenced in his decision making by the precedent set by the Supreme Court, the judge of the First Instance N1 declared our British clients Airtours contract null and void. Our clients contract had sold them for an unlimited time and therefore exceeded the allowed 50-year period.
The judge also saw fit to order Airtours return 15.050€ to our clients plus legal interest.
