The judge of the first instance court N24 in Palma de Mallorca has declared our clients contract null and void on the basis that it both lacked a tangible object as well as an end date. The Supreme Court has made themselves clear on cases such as these, stating that timeshare contracts must be valid for no longer than 50 years and must have certain specific information.
Altres Vacances has been ordered to return over 58,492€ plus legal fees and legal interests.
