Today we are sharing with you another failed Anfi appeal.
As we have now come to expect High Court No 5 fully supported the original ruling of the court of the First Instance SBT 1 who declared our German clients’ contract with Anfi null and void and ordered Anfi to repay our clients 159,016€ PLUS INTEREST.
In calculating the awarded amount both courts agreed that compensation in double for deposits taken within the statutory cooling off period should be applied.
This is another significant loss for Anfi who must surely now be reconsidering their current “strategy”. Appealing decisions they know they will lose just costs them even more money in interest and costs?
Congratulations to our German clients and to our Claims consultant Evi Richter and our lawyers Adrian Diaz-Saavedra Morales and Christine Ihmann.
