As predicted, following such a high volume of First Instance court victories, we have been inundated with High Court victories!!!
Today congratulations go to our English clients whose contract with Anfi was declared null and void by the court of the First Instance SBT1 JUST 6 MONTHS after it had been filed!!
The court of the First Instance demanded the repayment of 24.478€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS and High Court no 5 dismissed the appeal from Anfi and confirmed the original sentence 100%.
