A total of seven successful sentences against Anfi Resorts were achieved this week by our legal team, issued by the High Courts of Las Palmas.
Ranging from perpetuity clauses to being part of the floating system, all of our client’s contracts had been declared null and void by the First Instance Court and had been appealed by Anfi Resorts in an attempt to do nothing more than win time. All of these sentences have now been ratified by the High Court, who yet again referenced the now over 130 Supreme Court sentences in their resolutions.
Our legal team has also been able to secure over 271.951.56€ plus our client’s respective legal fees and legal interest.
