CLA is prod to share with you another sentence from the past month against Anfi in which the giant timeshare company has been condemned to pay over 130.000€ to our clients for three contracts which have been declared illegal.
Though the sentence in from the first instance court it looks that Anfi has realised that the High Court will not change this decision and havent even appealed.
