Court number 5 of Las Palmas has ruled against Anfi declaring their contract signed with our clients null and void and ordering the resort to repay the purchase price plus interests and legal fees.
The high court judges have pointed out the deficiencies of the floating system among the other irregularities which are against the timeshare law.
