What a week CLA have had! Once again, we achieved more sentences in a week then workdays, in total TWELVE with over 580,000€ designated in favour of our clients.
We received sentences from the First Instance courts to the High Courts against: ANFI, SILVERPOINT AND DIAMOND, where our clients’ contracts were not only declared null and void, but they also received back double their deposits which were paid during the reflection period.
Our lawyers assisted at 15 court hearings throughout Spain in just five days and continued to file new claims in the courts. We have also received in the past few days more than 280.000€ from Anfi in bank guarantees, as a successful result of the Provisional Enforcement of sentences.
