The judge of the First Instance N2 has declared our clients contract null and void on the basis that the contracts length did not coincide with that allowed under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98. A timeshare contract must be valid for no longer than 50 years and must be clearly detailed for the benefit of the consumer.
Anfi Resorts have been ordered to return over 15,526€ plus legal interest.
