Further Sentences against Anfi

In December 2016, three sentences were confirmed by the High Court No 5 of Las Palmas , all three had initially been sentenced at the Court of First Instance, San Bartolomé de Tirajana in Maspalomas. All are against Anfi Sales SL and are all Norwegian clients. These judgments all took place within 2 weeks of each other.

The first sentence resulted in the return of 33,174€ plus legal interest, with the judge confirming the contract was null and void. In this case the Supreme Court ruling on the illegality of floating weeks and the perpetuity contract were again invoked.

At the same court, it was again confirmed that the second clients contract was null and void due to floating weeks and a perpetuity contract.

The client was also awarded double the deposit as this contravened the law on the taking of any payment within cooling off period.

These client will receive 59,445€ plus legal interest. The third case involving yet another Norwegian client, will now be receiving over 114,000€ which includes double the deposit paid within reflection period.

The contract was again declared null and void, the infringements on this contract were again floating weeks and a perpetuity contract.

These three case again show that all the Courts of First Instance and the High Courts are invoking the rulings handed down on numerous occasions by the Supreme Court over the passed year.

Canarian Legal Alliance congratulates clients on their victories, also thanking them for putting their trust in our legal team. Here is to an even more successful 2017.
