First Instance Court N3 of Las Palmas Maspalomas declared our clients contract null and void on the basis that the length of the contract exceeded that allowed by Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98. The magistrate also highlighted the selling of points as a principal reason for nullity, comparing the point system to the selling of smoke.
Palm Oasis / Tasolan have also been ordered to refund our clients over 31,577€ plus legal interest.
