Court Number 1 of the First Instance in Arona has declared our clients contract null and ordered Resort Properties / Silverpoint to return £38,150 in respect of a judgment reached against them
This court victory is a direct consequence of the various Supreme Court sentences achieved against Resort Properties / Silverpoint earlier this year by Canarian Legal Alliance.
