Once again, the Judge from the First Instance Court No 4 Marbella has declared our German client’s contract with MVCI Holidays and MVCI Management null and void and demanded FULL REPAYMENT OF 71.329€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS – 27.000€ MORE THAN THEY ORIGINALLY PAID – WHAT A FANTASTIC RESULT!
Once again, because of the legal precedent set in relation to deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period states any such amounts should be repaid back in DOUBLE, meaning our clients were awarded 27.000€ MORE THAN THEY ORIGINALLY PAID.
