My name is Joan, and this is my testimony,
Me and my husband went to Tenerife and attended a court case initiated by Canarian legal Alliance to try to get our money back from Resort Properties (which is now known as Silverpoint). After some time, we were told that we had won our case but of course it wasn’t that simple as they would appeal and try to get out of it. After two years we decided we were not going to get our money, so we put it to the back of our minds.
In 2017 we had an email to say we had been awarded the money but still a lot of legalities to go through, imagine our surprise when Jake from Canarian Legal Alliance rang us in December 2019 to say they had our money and would transfer into our bank account, which they now have done.I thank all the staff at Canarian Legal Alliance for there hard work and if you are thinking or are going through a claim then I trust you will get the same outcome.
