SUPREME COURT HITS PUERTO CALMA AGAIN

This time the highest ranking court has ruled again against Puerto Calma by declaring their contract null and void. The Supreme court has already dictated in 2016 that the timeshare law is applicable for the contracts signed by Puerto Calma and the infringement, of which they have already passed jurisprudence earlier has the same applicability to this company as the rest of the timeshare resorts in Spain.
