The highest-ranking court in Spain has ruled yet again in favour of our clients declaring their contracts null and void on the basis that the length of the contract exceed that allowed under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98.
The Supreme Court also pronounced itself on the illegal deposit taking by Silverpoint, ordering they return our clients all monies paid in the first 10 days of signing in double.
Silverpoint must now refund our clients a total of £59,243 plus legal interest.
