“……..It was a long battle to eventually get to court. We started from 2014 by giving CLA copies of all paperwork regarding HOLLYWOOD MIRAGE , everything had to be translated into Spanish they took us to lawyers office in Spain which lasted about 1 to 2 hours…We had various e-mails to let us know how everything was progressing.. The trial date was on 29th November 2016 and we must appear.
We were not to keen but the judge had to see and hear testimony so we went to Spain and appeared in court with a translator we were in court for 30 mins but it could have taken 2 hours. We were then told it could take between 6 weeks to 6 months for the verdict. We got word at the beginning of April that we won our case and had been awarded a four figure sum in euros, to which we were delighted.I would recommended anyone to go through the process if they feel they have case as long as they realise that it will take time, we were glad that we kept going and didn’t give up.
We can not thank the legal team enough for all their hard work and patience throughout 2 1/2 years it has taken.
