Canarian Legal Alliance would like to inform all clients with claims against Anfi that we have now received the official notification from the court in respect Anfi Sales Sl and Anfi Resorts Sl going into administration.
In our earlier post ( https://canarianlegalalliance.com/important-communication-on-anfi/) we have already detailed what it means, and emails have been also sent out to all our clients.
Our legal team now has a limited time to prepare a claim to request a credit recognition and present it to the court-appointed administrator, who will then have to deal with it at the mercantile court in a well-observed and documented procedure. Naturally, the preparation of these claims have already commenced last week, and we are contacting all those clients where we are missing anything to present it.
One extremely important point to make right now is to those Anfi members who have not yet instigated viable legal actions against Anfi for illegal contracts. We advise you to seek legal advice immediately.
