We are excited to share our latest successes with you! This week at Canarian Legal Alliance, we have achieved some impressive results for our clients.
Firstly, we had a high court victory against Silverpoint, with our client being awarded 13.920€. In addition, we secured two high court victories against Anfi, with our clients receiving a total of 74.991€. One client was even awarded 18.000€ more than they originally paid, and another received 7.000€ more than they paid.
We also obtained a first instance victory against Anfi, with our client being awarded an impressive 46.582€ – 7.000€ more than they paid.
Finally, we had a high court victory against MVCI, with our client receiving 87.848€ – that’s 4.000€ more than they paid. All of the contracts declared null and void, and all clients were compensated in double for the deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling-off period, as well as being awarded interest and costs.
