We take particular pride in the noteworthy victories that saw one client receive a substantial 40,000€ more than they originally invested, another 3,000€ more, yet another 20,000€ more, a fourth 8,000€ more, and a fifth 11,000€ more than their initial investment.
- Marriott Vacation Club: We won 2 outstanding High Court cases against Marriott Vacation Club, leading to a total recovery of 216,377€. In an emphatic victory, one client received a staggering 48,000€ more than they paid, and another 21,000€ more.
- Club La Costa: We emerged victorious in 2 High Court cases against Club La Costa, securing a total of 74,539€ for our clients.
- Marriott Vacation Club: We also attained 3 First Instance victories against Marriott Vacation Club, yielding a total recovery of 74,703€. In these instances, one delighted client received an additional 16,000€ more than their original payment, while another client received 4,000€ more.
- Silverpoint: We secured a First Instance victory against Silverpoint, leading to a considerable recovery of 74,948€ for our deserving client.
