High Court No 5 today dismissed an appeal from Palm Oasis.
In full support of the original ruling from the court of the first instance, the High Court confirmed that our client’s contract should remain null and void and that Palm Oasis should repay our clients 34.810€ PLUS INTEREST.
The awarded amount includes double the deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period
