Today we are delighted to be announcing the receipt of yet another bank guarantee from Anfi.
Congratulations to our English clients who won their case in the court of the First Instance SBT 3 and whose funds are now 100% secure until their sentence is confirmed by the High Court.
As we reported previously obtaining bank guarantees is an extremely positive sign to us that the courts are no longer tolerating the stalling tactics adopted by Anfi. Instead they are supporting our clients’ rights and ensuring their funds are secured until the High Court ruling.
