Today our German clients will be celebrating after receiving 27,638€
This is another case where our clients won their case in the courts of the first instance but predictably Silverpoint appealed against the decision. As all our readers know at this stage our standard practice is to pursue a provisional execution of the awarded funds – which means we apply to the court to collect and secure our client’s funds until their sentence is confirmed in the High Court.
As soon as the High Court dismissed the appeal from Silverpoint we simply asked the court to release the funds!!
