Canarian Legal Alliance would like to announce the latest case against Marriott has resulted in a 100% victory for our German client. The case was brought against MVCI Holidays SL and MVCI Management SL.
Our client purchased two timeshares at Son Antem, Llucmayor in Mallorca in 2001 & again in 2006, purchasing Flexible Gold and Gold Holiday Weeks respectively. These are illegal under Spanish Timeshare law and have been confirmed as such by the Supreme Court.
The Court of First Instance No 7, of Palma de Mallorca, has declared the contract null & void and ordered the client be reimbursed the following:
The 2001 purchase total of 11.520€
The 2006 purchase total of 35,372€
They will also receive legal interest.
