Today we are delighted to be sharing with you ANOTHER Marriott victory.
This time our German clients will be celebrating after the court of the First Instance No 2 Palma de Mallorca declared their contract with Marriott Vacation Club null and void and demanded the repayment of 43.319€ PLUS INTEREST.
As with all First Court victories CLA will apply to the court for a provisional execution of the funds thereby forcing Marriott to deposit the funds into the court until the sentence is confirmed by the High Court thereby securing our clients funds.
